Rashida Alam has been a seamstress for over 25 years. She received her degree in fashion design from Texas Women's University, and went on to run her own alterations & dressmaking shop, Rashida Designs, in Nashville, Tennessee from 2001 thru 2017. From 2017 forward, she started working for a tailoring shop in downtown Nashville, exclusively working with wedding gowns. Now, she's looking to take her talent on the road with Mobile Bridal Dreams.
